Sandra Francis
I am a business savvy Leadership Coach and the founder of Real World Coaching. An AoEC accredited coach, I started RWC because I understand the true value a coach can bring in helping you to harness your innate skill and passion and achieve your leadership and career goals.

I have spent more than 25 years in the corporate world working in tough and challenging environments. Having held senior positions working alongside other leaders at all levels of the organisation and across different business functions and cultures, I have a unique insight into the skills required for strong leadership. Early on in my career I was fortunate to attend an intense leadership assessment course which revealed that I was a strong and intuitive leader. I was too naive to understand the significance of this revelation at that time, but after many years of creating and evolving teams to deliver impressive business outcomes I finally acknowledged the accuracy of that evaluation.

So it feels right that I should use my business knowledge and experience of people to pay it forward, particularly to those up and coming leaders, trying to navigate the executive minefield.
